Child Safety Standards

Phinn has a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses children.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Any content that sexually exploits minors
  • Grooming, solicitation, or predatory conduct toward minors
  • Sharing, distributing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Using Phinn to facilitate contact with minors for exploitative purposes

Violations result in immediate permanent account termination.

How we handle CSAM: If Phinn becomes aware of child sexual abuse material on our platform, we remove it immediately, permanently ban the offending account, and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline as required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). We cooperate fully with law enforcement.

In-app reporting: Every profile includes a built-in Report feature. Tap the menu on any profile or post and select "Report" to flag child safety concerns.

Compliance: Phinn complies with COPPA and all applicable child safety laws. Phinn is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

Child safety contact: safety@getphinn.com — we respond within 24 hours. For emergencies involving a child in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately.
