Child Safety Standards

Phinn is a social platform for pickleball players. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses children. We are committed to maintaining a safe community and fully comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Phinn strictly prohibits:

• Any content that sexually exploits minors
• Any grooming behavior, solicitation, or predatory conduct toward minors
• Sharing, distributing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any attempt to use Phinn to facilitate contact with minors for exploitative purposes

Violations of these standards result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to report violating accounts to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

If Phinn becomes aware of any child sexual abuse material on our platform:

• The content is removed immediately
• The offending account is permanently banned
• We report the material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline as required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

We use automated and manual content moderation to detect and remove prohibited content.

Every user profile on Phinn includes a built-in Report feature. Users can report any profile or content they believe violates our policies, including child safety concerns. Reports are reviewed by our team and acted upon promptly. To report something in the app, tap the three-dot menu on any profile or post and select "Report."

Phinn complies with all applicable child safety laws, including but not limited to:

• The PROTECT Our Children Act
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — Phinn is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13
• Applicable international child protection legislation

We take every report seriously and commit to responding within 24 hours. For emergencies involving a child in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately.
